Reservation by Form

• 01Submit your reservation request

  Please enter your information in the form to submit your reservation request.
  We accept reservations up to 7 days before your preferred date.

• 02Confirmation of your reservation

  We will notify you by email whether your reservation has been accepted within 2 days of your request.
  Please be sure to enter a valid email address where we can reach you.

• 03Deposit payment

  A deposit of JPY 10,000 per person is required in advance for all reservations, regardless of the time of your visit. Please note that payment is accepted by credit card only.
  We will hold the deposit when you submit your reservation request, and the charge will be finalized once your reservation is confirmed.
  In the unlikely event that we are unable to accept your reservation, the deposit will be refunded immediately. However, depending on your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  Less than 3 days before arrival	100% of deposit
  No-show	100% of deposit
